Water logging during rain, specially in Kolkata where I stay has become a problem of every year. Can we not divert the money being invested by Kolkata corporation more to this problem , so that we live with better civic condition the next year. Do the authorities feel that it is not being solved for darth of money? If so, we the citizen of Kolkata are ready to contribute. Can the Durga puja organisers feel to contribute a major chunk of the contributions they get to the betterment of the city, we love. I will expect reactions from the good citzens of Kolkata, the city of  joy.
